Laboratoires Vinci
A story that begins with a question
Three friends, one obsession — and a promise to make extraordinary hair care finally available in France.
The origin
The girl with the secret hair
It all started with Sarah, who grew up in France with a cascade of compliments on one thing: her hair. Long, dense, radiant. People assumed it was genetics, or luck.
The truth was simpler: her father ran a company in Morocco that had developed hair care formulas unlike anything available in France. Whenever Sarah flew to visit him, she'd bring back small supplies to share with her friends. Each time, the results spoke for themselves.
"Everyone wanted to know. And I never had a good answer to give them — the products simply didn't exist here."
2020
One Instagram story. One decision.
At 17, Sarah was already building a community online. Fashion, lifestyle, everyday moments. But one question kept coming back, relentlessly, in every comment section and DM: "What's your hair routine?"
The answer was always the same — the products from her father's company in Morocco were still impossible to get in France. So she decided to change that.
The brand is born
Three co-founders. One first shipment.
Sarah called on her brother Vincent and their closest friend Victorien. Together, they built the first version of Laboratoires Vinci — website, sourcing, logistics — and placed their first order with her father's Moroccan laboratory.
It arrived in a single box. They packed every order themselves. The results their first customers shared gave them everything they needed to keep going.
The mission
In search of the world's best formulas
Vincent and Victorien began traveling — cosmetics trade shows, laboratories, supplier meetings across continents. The goal wasn't to expand the catalog. It was to find the specific, proven active ingredient that would complete the routine and push results even further.
Every product in the Vinci range exists because it passed one test: does it actually work?
Today
Tens of thousands of people. One routine.
Across Europe, the Vinci routine has become part of daily life for thousands of people who had given up on finding something that actually works. What started as one girl's secret — brought back suitcase by suitcase from Morocco — has become a brand built slowly, honestly, and entirely on results.
